SHIPPING

Domestic shipping :

• We provide free shipping pan India on all full priced items. 
• Sale/discounted items will be charged INR 50/- per piece shipping charge.
• Handbags are usually shipped within 5-7 business days of order placed. 
• Footwear is made to order as per client's requirement and may take upto 2 weeks to ship from date of order placed.
• COD is free and available for most cities within India. We do not do COD in certain remote locations. 
• Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

International shipping :

• Exact shipping rate will be calculated on checkout. It is usually INR 1,500/- per item for USA, Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Middle east, Asia. 
• Bags will be shipped in 5-7 business days and footwear may take upto 2 weeks to be shipped. 

• Customs Duties & Other Fees -The custom duties will be calculated at the arrival port of your country. The cost of duties would be borne by the customer. Fedex/Shipper will call you before delivery to confirm the amount.

• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  All orders require a signature upon receipt.
